Welcome to The Purple Horse. By booking an event, ordering products, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

The Purple Horse offers:

• Murder Mystery events and themed experiences.

• Custom cakes, cupcakes, baked goods, and platters.

All services are subject to availability.

2. Booking & Payments

• Event bookings are confirmed only once payment has been made or a deposit has been secured (when applicable).

• Cake and platter orders must be placed within the required lead time communicated at the time of ordering.

• Late changes may not be possible and are subject to approval.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Events:

• Cancellations in less than 2 weeks of the scheduled event may not be refundable, depending on preparation already completed.

• Changes to group size should be communicated as soon as possible.

Baked Goods & Platters:

• Due to the nature of custom food products, cancellations within 48 hours of the collection/delivery date may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Customer Responsibilities

For events:

• The accuracy of the information you provide (names, gender preferences, etc.) ensures accurate character assignments.

• Participants must behave respectfully and follow the rules of the activity.

For baked goods:

• Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.

• While we take care with ingredients, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.

5. Intellectual Property

• All photographs, text, designs, and character cards on our website and in our marketing belong to The Purple Horse.

• Photos may not be copied, reused, or published without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Purple Horse is not responsible for:

• Personal items lost or damaged during events.

• Reactions to food in cases where allergies or dietary restrictions were not disclosed.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

The Purple Horse may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
